Any Poem
Dawn-dews on maple leaf
Dance in the delighted genes
April is soft green
Even from this roof of October-November
The pages of your book
Look thick, off white and crisp
In spite of my tongue being in a lisp
The lingering ember
Peppered rounds of cucumber
I would like to write any poem
Though words are too gem to dig up
But the twitters in the purple cup
Overwhelming
I must not be tired by waiting
Moments hesitating
On the leaves
As well as on my heaves
