Anxiety Attack
Worrying about
What is to come
Stressing about
What the future holds
Not knowing what’s ahead
Thinking about behind
Mind swirling into the depths
Wondering about
What I could have done
Lying about
Being alright and fine
Talking about
Things I’m not focused on
My head in turmoil
Losing a fight
With the war with anxiety
Anxious about
Anyone and anything
Scared about
Telling anything of it
No telling if I’ll
Ever come out of it
And life will just cease
With me keeping my doubts
