Anger One of those feelings to avoid Anger takes over the fabric of time Internal external no good poor mind Anger manifests itself in so many ways They say it takes four hours to go away If you have a problem don’t go alone pick up a phone there you will find a way to control your angry day

I get very quiet and eat lots of food. Food makes me happy and of course sometimes I go to beach or the church. Great poem Niall :) hugs
