Angels Danced When You Were Born- Dizain
"Angels Danced When You Were Born"
I sacrificed what little light I had,
gave to you what I could not give to me-
all the issues that you had with our dad,
all the sorrow that he never did see.
Then pain embraces with filthy debris,
and you are left forsaken without hope.
Still after nine long years it hurts to cope.
Last night I wore light like I’ve never worn-
ethereal hues through my window slope;
you forgot angels danced when you were born.
