an October Drive
in October there is a country road that rivals a boulevard
the leaves on the trees turn yellow, red and gold
I recommend you take a drive before they drop
there is a crisp, fresh, rejuvenating feeling on this road
the autumn colors entice you to try something new
you might be inspired to write a song or a story
relax into the feeling of the atmosphere
listen to the trill of the birds
they know winter is about to happen
get out of the car and walk the road
you will know you are not alone
brownies, pixies, and wood nymphs are about
It is the kind of place you can replenish yourself
Feel your sadness lift
regain your joy
