An End

The end of a tale Makes feelings of dread You now feel pale As the conclusion is now said Terror is now alive as Realization hits you hard The old past and present has You hurt and on guard The end of a story No need to say bye Because you remember “Memento Mori” “Remember you will die” Death is expected to be the price of life So peacefully you go away, no longer in strife Written on April 19, 2020
