Constance LA France's E Form-- Elegy Contest Written 19 July 2024
-------
I feel your soft musk fragrances The laughter bouncing through the trees; As starlight drifts, my arms reach out When joy of tomorrow freezes-- And trill of teapot chimes of home Embracing dreams ...could we claim all? I pulse, I weep upon heaven's pool To feel your shadow all aglow: A visit from skyscape brings calm On gentle tunes that 's sure to wing, An afterlife...oh grant me pass From sacred psalms through your behest -- Till time endows us evermore, That every hour...we taste our bliss!

what a soft textured sensuality to this poem Nette, like being caressed by rose petals on a silk of remembrance

Till time endows us evermore... reminiscent of my piece Romantic Rendezvous. The wanting for it to continue, eternal bliss. Nice
