Amid Falling Leaves
Amid falling leaves from crimson colored trees
I fall into your arms, lightly and lovingly
As my heart is colored with pleasant feelings
Of long awaited comfort and reassurance
The leaves twirl as we dance in the motion
That only this autumn time of year can bring
I feel as bright as what seems like confetti
Fluttering around, touching us, as I touch you
In this restful understanding that only we know
