ALL ABOARD Nobody ever misses the very last train. Oh sure you can dawdle during the day And maybe be kinda late for a train or so Or even miss an important connection Or a fast track to somewhere - Occasionally you might be early for a train Which is somehow cancelled till another day. But nobody ever misses their last train. When the chips are down And there is no other to come You get to the train Just as if it were meant to be - There is no next one just behind… You simply must get this one And when it leaves the station And disappears into the darkness No one is left on the platform.
