Alice
Obsessed
and running tight circles
to a dream come true
Late for the future
an escape from monotony
trapped by a compulsion i cant explain
i wont admit it, and you prove it to me
obsessed
and dreaming of that day
living every moment in my head
fair is fair
we will be square
your salvation depends on it
I refuse to live alone in my self made nightmare
eclectic and taught through you selling me, a life i cant stop
tight circles
from my living room
from the fifteen clocks
to 13 mirrors
the obsessions go on
Target practice
something else for me to get good at
the reason soo many walking in their crutches
cant explain why they go back to the pain
familiar mistakes
familiar patterns
maybe we're the same
obsessed with the manipulation
finding ourselves under someones thumb
and who gets the blame
for slowing us down from our one object to crave
the answer of the subconcious riddle
from freud to jung
political warfare of similar minds
dentists and doctors
why we buy the same products
cant lose weight
and here it is for the obsessed
the day for us to get to
the tight circles of us running
from our clocks and mirrors
the tight circles of our crutches and thinking
showing them the way we run
