After the Rain
The soft rain falls,
but after it stops a bright sun winks;
and a twinkling embraces like a golden shawl,

it is like Mother Earth has raised up her gentle hand;
'cause she had this scene planned-
I gaze 'til the sky darkens again to rainfall . . .
