Addressing My Thanks

~ A Thought for Thanksgiving ~ 

    I'm thankful for the air I breathe
      I'm thankful for good luck
    I'm thankful for the food I eat
      I'm thankful for a few bucks...

    Yet something's missing in these thanks
      To whom my gratitude is sent
    Addressing my thanks specifically
      To my Creator, for Whom they're meant

I also lived in Youngstown, Ohio for one year. While in Ohio, all the kids at school called me "Tex" and laughted at my accent (as I did theirs).
