Imperfection follows me through the wilds
Forests of failure, feelings flowing
Breathless darkness, consuming the dreams
Erasing the joy, destroying the wonders
Coloring the hopes in silence that flings away
Music and dance, poetry and promises
From the heart who listens to the mysteries,
Grace that whispers through intensity,
Abiding in the soul who believes, beyond belief
Throughout history – in His unending
Blessings, His gifts…
Sanctifying the beautiful, the birds, the trees
Emerald pines and oaks who breath windy dreams,
There in the quiet roaring from the voice within
Singing wonders that might never have been
Without the gentling of truths in kindness expressions,
Lifting the spirits with laughing caresses
Kissing away all the lost and carrying the heart
To the cross, where there is hope beyond hope,
Assurance and comforting, grace in abundance
Love that never fades, never dies away, never doubts
Never fears, never cries wasted tears…
Alive, He is mine – the glistening in the skies,
Amazing that defies all the nights,
Like stars, He reflects all the joys, the delights
Found in the heart who believes, the one who receives
His miracle of redemption – His love and grace,
His affection…
Thanks to Him, the Jesus that restored everything
With His sincerity, His affection – the miracle of peace
That flows down from the throne of heaven…
Because of Him, we can know the meaning of love
The reason for life and the answers – found
In paradise where He lives, where we’re destined
To meet Him, finally feel the freedom of living
Up above, with the One who made the sun and moon,
The One who lights the heaven with glittering starlight,
The One who rains down hope and thunders promises
Through the capacity of a love that abides inside,
Restoring and reigniting fires of faith, amazing grace…
These wonders never fade…
Together, we can know the meaning of life –
The One who chose to sacrifice…
The love that is ours to savor, drowing in the grace
That abounds when He is around, silencing all doubt
With the music of His forever light, love that abides
Inside the heart who believes in His forever peace!
I’m thankful for the Son who reflects to me…
Endless hope, ardent faith and the assurance of grace
That is alive and makes a way for love to always say
Thank You, God – for living and dying – for defying
The darkness and coming back to redeem us from the
Heartbreak of never knowing Your presence, Your
Peace – the way You save to the uttermost – saving
From even the whisper of grief, saving from the fate
Of a forever without Your friendship
Thank You, Lord – for saving souls and making a way
To finally meet You – to fully know You…
I adore You – You are hope
You are faith – You are love that is forever and always
You are the One who is greater than all of these…
You are the One who is alive
You survived the cross and You will continue… eternally
Mine, forever in my heart and forever in heaven’s land,
Always preparing us for the day when … we can join You
There in paradise where You free us from life’s veil of doubt,
Silence the fears and remind us that our faith was enough
To take us through the pain and restore us to this place…
Where joy never ends, where love is forever alive –
Quieting all the tears, relieving every doubt…
Assuring us of the wonder of being with the One who created
The light, the stars, the sun and the moon… the memory too
And, I know – I remember… That I’ll be with Him forever!
I’m so thankful we’ll always be together
