Acceptance
Angst, anger, lust, envy, fear and desire,
contracts innate vibrancy of our soul,
contorting thoughts, leading to outcomes dire.
Ego cravings deflect us from our goal;
penance and surrender makes us feel whole.
Temptations that arise in heart rested,
acceptance of God's laws in heart nested,
negates urges spawned by our lower mind,
claiming soul's bliss, although we'll be tested,
emerging as living light, love aligned.
