Above and Beyond
Above and Beyond;
You’re walking around shining,
lighting up a room;
such a gentle selfless man,
looking for peace, found a friend;
Ok with my tears,
you reminded me to feel;
‘We are all human,
it’s ok to fall apart;
I’ll be there to pick you up.’
A glowing candle,
I see you look out for me;
No longer alone
you came for me in the dark;
You’ve gone above and beyond.
