Abandoned Promises

Although I didn't believe all of your promises, love was taken for granted till today. You made it clear, I'm on my own. You simply abandoned me without looking back, despite the fact I'm carrying your child. I feel wounded and so vulnerable, unable to adequately describe my pain. You say you don't love me, but why would you abandon your baby? I hug my knees, and wipe my tears!
