A Writer's Curse

Reality wanders with illusion Poems dissolve into what should have been These written dirges of disillusion From a mind, I am completely trapped in I have come to judge my poetic word And want time useful for poem's failure To seek reasoned answers why it occurred Know it is not worthy of regalia I'll accept the finding of its review Whether to start over, tear it apart To struggle once again with something new Only to find it conceptual art To wrestle with words for poetic verse Can sometimes be a failure and a curse 9/2/17

I can understand this Frederic. Difficult to wrestle with the words. I like them free flowing. Well done :)
