Great haiku Daniel.. so vividly described as to the transition of the rose... enjoyed.. as to your blog comment ..none of us could find the winners to the contest sponsored by Brian Strand on the vignettes as the Soup site has not updated to 2010 just yet and that was the explanation Brian gave to us who were notified by him that we won but not where we placed as yet..
