Monday reminded me to give God all the glory and praise While I ask Him to please save All the ones in need of His Sweet mercy and grace Tuesday I thought I would try To give all my heart to kindness Through a kind word or deed According to God’s will I’d heed My heart’s hope, faith and love Wednesday taught me to grow In wisdom, joy and assurance That all my soul was an open door For God to fill me up with inspiration Free me from darkness with His light Thursday I realized I needed to pray Say some things I’d left unspoken Words from the heart to reach Him The One who gave me a second chance To reach heaven’s shore after a while Friday showed me that my soul was alive Filling up my being with pure joy and no strife Revealing compassion that soothed my worries Left me assured, without so many fears Finally knowing that He was my promise Saturday I wondered from hope to faith Gathering my supplications and requests Together with a feeling of graciousness Gentling my struggles with life and living Relieving all my doubts with sincere promises Sunday was the day that I came away from A service filled with a calming caress From the hand that completes my life With His boundless energy and love, lighting My spirit from above, where my soul longs to go Living on a prayer, my week is like a kaleidoscope Of hope, faith and love – sent from God above To assure me that I am a child of the King of Kings The One who makes me smile and sing… psalms Of joy unspeakable, love unbelievable, peace unfathomable His love is a wonder inexplicable… Love unconditional!

A wonderful write. I liked the consistency you added using the days of the week, for they were important in the very first Biblical book!
