A Walk Through the Meadows
In the center of the meadows,
On a bed of pure white roses,
Lies a long forgotten kiss,
Since the earth was young,
It has sat there waiting,
When I march to that bed, of roses so white,
I dream that you will be there,
Unknowingly surprised, waiting with a kiss,
There are no dangers, no blemishes,
When I see you on that bed of roses,
My heart will stop, my body will run,
You've waited long enough, wasting time,
I made it through that meadow,
Just for that everlasting kiss,
When it is my time to go,
I want to be there with you,
So I can walk through the meadows,
And never have to dream again.
