A View Above

It's a new beginning As any day can be This one ends with baby blue skies Wind waving branches of a tree I can see above the rooftop From a window with a view The summer breeze is soothing Brushing by and through Evening birds are calling Chattering songs in flight It's like a sanctuary With songs to sing goodnight The sun will set, bring day to end But, it's a new beginning Life changes in these ways I feel the peace become me From this view above, these days Heidi Sands 7/15/19
