A thought A single thought One thought That slices Through your Mind that you Cannot escape From The thought Repeats and Repeats and Repeats, Until it’s All that you Know It’s all That you can Think of, All that you Can hear, All that you Can see Endlessly It is in Your mind, Never leaving You behind It stays With you No matter How much You try to Push it out It stays And grows Louder and Louder and Louder, and Drowns all Other thoughts Out The thought Persists and You start To believe That you Should follow What it says, Go forth With the action, No second Doubts or Interferences You go through With the action And the thought Finally stops As your breath Just stops Written on March 5, 2020
