The miles passed by in a blur The music blared thoughts right out of my head Anger flew out the window Anger for so many things… Being faced with ugly ‘mistrust’ again Angry people judge without knowing the facts Angry someone thinks they can tell me --- What to write or not --- Shadows on the road fled under the truck Shadowy memories lurked in my mind Only few people know me really well Only God and I know myself the best --- Today has been yet another ‘test’ --- --- The miles put my mind at rest --- Heidi Sands 8/31/17
