A Summer Perspective

A SUMMER PERSPECTIVE Hark this man Having kin with the sun This cheery old man Beloved by everyone For instance In his fancy we find Benign distant clouds That linger Morphologically in mind Meeting frozen November With soul’s special eyes He conjures wild colors Warmed spirit as prize This summer perspective He keeps yearly round To cheer and good fortune His life force is bound Dave Austin

It's such a fantastic poem! It sure would be wonderful if we took a lesson from this fellow and were happy and cheery. It sure warms your heart when someone is so happy and kind to his fellow man. Loved the poem!

Have been musing about "This cheery old man" with his "Summer Perspective".:) No better way to beat of the blues than to invite a warmer perspective. There'd been a Nature.org. program about cats. Interesting, the wild to the domestic.:)) I'll write to you this week. Missing you, love, Mikki

Another wowzer daver. Stunning. Feeling privileged to read your work. Often too busy caring for my mother who is bed ridden. I have her with me set up in a hospital bed. It's a 24/7 responsibility and a lot of work. A Fav and lots of love my dear friend.

Oh, Dave, I once had an old neighbor like this. I did love him and truly miss him now. I'll always be cheered when I think of him.
