A candle burns deep, in core of every soul, A sacred flame, an ethereal halo of intellect, A guide heavenly, a mystique that educates, Defying overtures of egotism and pettiness, A beacon of wisdom beaming rays eternal On passage to liberty that was always there Yet, elusive to arrogance and ignorance, Mired in obscurities and misguided fallacies. Soul never rests, sailing vast oceans of life, Whether upon apex or troughs of tides Vying shores spiritual, buoying endearment, Inviting apathy and hubris to temple of solace Delivering words of sermon compassionate, Teaching of awakening and enlightenment, Liberating from beliefs narrowly defined Toward empathy, enriching hearts, and minds, Transcending to rebirth of happiness divine, In harmony with salvation, an epic realization, An epiphany heard through angelic citations Emanating from influences beyond transitory, Forever missives of attainment and peace, Embracing serenity of solitude, clarity of being, Achieving bliss of cohesion and congruity, Set free beyond bounds of mundane, ordinary, Attaining divinity in realm of humanity.

I absolutely love the way this flows with such wisdom and profound truth throughout. And your rhymes as always are so captivating and unique. I especially loved the line “ soul never rests, sailing through vast oceans of life” wow! That should be a quote framed! So good and unique and poetic. A line that would stay in my mind for a long time: love this write like every poem of yours, is impeccable

You and God are a Majority. What do we want for our children? -- To have as much or more? To be as great or greater? To worship us and bow down to us -- or to stand firm in their own divinity, simply to respect and love us for our sacrifice, all that goes into being a good parent. Many volumes of wisdom in your poem. If just analyzed and practiced in part, a far better world it would be. Blessings my friend.

Sadly, "arrogance and ignorance" have taken over humanity. Those holding onto the truth, must continue to do so, or they will be lost. This is beautiful, spiritual and thought provoking, all at the same time. My best to you, Vijay. Hugs, Brandy

There is so much ignorance and arrogance in this world. Peace is elusive. But you found a great solution in your last line: Attaining divinity in realm of humanity. Well constructed poem, with splendid metaphors, and perfect vocabulary. A splendid poem.
