A Sonnet For My Angel
Where are you wingeth creature of the old
do harken hear my plea come hither close
I need your comfort song of sweet and bold
come larken oft your cymbal share the dose
Where do you live my dear ethereal friend
don't spend your time in heaven in God's sling
we need you here amongst us, in the end
the only ease we feel is when you bring
Two wings that shelter near a heart thats pure
a tender hand that sweeps away the pain
arrive in time and bring with you the cure
the one that heals us all and keeps us sane
Where are you wingeth creature of the old
I need your comfort song of sweet and bold...
