A Slice of Heaven and Hell

Highs and lows no Goldilocks zone Supine, prone Window open, closed Too warm, a tad cold Lows, more highs trepidation, Top on, top off Wow aroused what the hell! I’ve just been there, back in heaven not for long, it’s gone so is my pillow Awake! oh for the love of… what a night Stupid late Pizza! By David Kavanagh

Sometimes we just can't help it, that uncomfortable feeling that follows, but yeah who can eat before 6pm? Maybe a new AC, set thermostat to 60? LOl

No A/C needed in Ireland Anaya, the majority of homes don’t have it, mainly we just need central heating, but hey yeah I totally agree, no pizza after 6pm otherwise a very psychedelic bad trip through the night lol, cheers David

Nothing is more unpleasant than having indigestion after eating pizza late in the evening. However, if the end result is a poem like this one, then it was all worth it :) Outstanding reading!

Clever title. There's nothing worse than heartburn after late night pizza in my book. Chilies can increase the old endorphins and dopamine.. as you no doubt found out. Great read I have to ask though..you didn't eat your pillow did you David? :) Cheers - Gary

Ha, I found it eventually Gary in an uninhabited part of the bed, I should’ve known better than eating a fully loaded pizza late at night there would be a price to pay, did I care whilst eating it, not a chance, this will be my default poem when I'm tempted again lol, cheers David
