A Shark In the Soup
a predatory silence lurks
beneath the surface
an unknown moment
awaiting
the scintillating scent
of prey.
triggers of instinct
igniting a fire
an uncontrolled
conflagration
burning within.
erasing
in the darkness
all distance
mercilessly driven
by intuitive
themes.
