I'm hurt. I recoil. In my chest, my feelings boil. I go out to take a look - ripples and a rook. I feel calmer now to see ...and hear a pond's melody.

Thanks, CayCay, I can remember many times in my life when nature has really made me feel better. I think it should be the first drug of choice.
