A New Hip? The other day... I was going to work, and passed a man in the walk. The light was green, and he was moving. What I did not see, until after he was... half across, is that he had only one leg. I felt very humble. His chair was like a racecar, and nothing slowed him down. It was incredible. Today I woke up... and stepped off a curb wrong, my leg is all messed up. Emotions hit me, that God was teaching a lesson, humility, kindness and appreciation. I am thankful, I can walk. I am grateful, I can see, and be me. I am appreciative, of all things, he has blessed me with. God give that other man, exactly what he needs. Obviously, nothing slows him down. Angels must push, and his heart must be strong. God Bless him, and prayers that I will always, understand, what it is to be given, more or less, and be hopeful, that you, me, we... will still dance, one leg or two, before God.

Ann, I think this is a perfect write for the season. Though the leg may be sore still. But there is nothing wrong with your eyes, and nothing wrong with your heart. -Richard

And we both I look up, and cheer, as all is better lifted to Him... Have a lovely day my friend. Write ON.... Ann

i like this one...we never know how blessed we are until we see someone less fortunate and seeing them learn to deal with what they have and not be slowed down is a prime example of being grateful... wonderful penning... hugs

Ty friend. Special blessing on your day, for no other reason than because I can ask, and the Lord is powerful, and both hears and listens... hugs. Ann

Reminds me of that quote "I felt sorry for myself until I saw the man without shoes, and he felt sorry for himself until he saw a man without a foot."

Exactly my friend. We never feel it until it is close to home. Hugs for your morning. Ann
