A Mother's True Love

Love comes in many shapes, sizes and thoughts, the love of flowers, things, our best pets. Love may come as that special gift, the one gift I have wanted or may have been waiting for. Love is given and received freely by some, yet required by others. Love by a Mother cannot be measured, it is always free flowing. Love gives up a loved child, a child that needs to be cared for. A Mother's True Love knows what is best for her new baby, love is a kiss to a baby that is never forgotten. It's sad that some people who need love can't see it all around them in the beauty of nature and the love a baby has for its mother. Truly a touching poem, Paula. Congratulations on your win! Hugs, Carolyn

I agree with you 99%, Paula....Nothing as deep as a mother's love... except for those tragic few who leave their babies in dumpsters or on doorsteps. Their minds must be twisted, the actual definition of 'perverted.' Have a great Tuesday now! Cheers, Gershon

Yes, you are right, if they are left behind in an unloving way. This was about a mother giving up a baby she loved but wanted to give her baby a better life. What love that took. Have a great day.........
