A Million If I played the lotto, Perhaps then I would win. You can not play, if you do not win? Wait, that is … all wrong… Maybe!. Money gambled, Thrown away… On dreams that often sink. Dollars lost, on games that sway, and none that make you think. Hard work it costs, labor is the deal. Work tough for what you need, And… work more for what you wish for… Then… You will find the door… That leads you to the shore, of… your “true” heaven.

"Money gambled, Thrown away… On dreams that often sink." - I have seen so many who get addicted and keep getting more and more sad, trying to win it back. It does not work that way. Their dreams DO sink! Great job, Ann.

Addiction of any and every kind has the exact same outcome...Lotto is just one kind. The only real difference is what they take as payment. So very sad indeed. Thank you again for visiting the small garden, where all are welcome, and none carry... a watch. :) Berry punch, made by elves. Beware. Ann

Too much money earned or won brings arrogance - I've seen it happen again and again - the simple things in life is what we should seek and what we should be happy with. Well penned Ann. Hugs and blessings. Jennifer.

You are so sweet my friend. Yes, I have found of late that time has way more value then so much, we thought worth...more? To find it empty in the end. Hugs and flowers. Ann

Riches gained too easily can bring ruin and one usually appreciates more something they have to work for. Makes you think. Love, Kim
