A Memory Came Drifting
I have a memory of this little girl
under a weeping willow tree touching the blue
in a park of deep green hues and benches in rows
the sky above is clear and ducks are drifting on a pond
oh, why do I remember this scene after all these long years
of me, a little girl holding fathers hand and feeding the ducks
