A Lovely Little Daydream

A LOVELY LITTLE DAYDREAM Ever Wonder Does the rain doubt its purpose sunrise question its calling gale winds their destination? Do snowflakes know their beauty autumn leaves ignite the fire of September sunsets? Do tumbleweeds ever wish to return home clouds weary of the heavens? Does the wolf howl at the moon’s shadow in protest of the day? Does the edge of darkness kiss the edge of daylight good-night? 1/18/2017 submitted to – A LOVELY LITTLE DAYDREAM – Poetry Contest

John, when I first went to West Texas to work, I had never seen a real life tumbleweed. Naturally the first chance I got I wanted to play with one. WRONG!!! They are full of stickers and will cut you to pieces. Cool poem. Congratulations on making the short list.

Thanks CayCay, my little musing mind often takes trips of thought in idle moments. Always nice to hear from you.
