A Happy Pug

A happy pug adored as essential
had doting owners quite influential
But with the stock market crash
she was sold for hard cash
Now she’s forlorn and inconsequential

This is so darn cute, but I feel sad for your poor pug. I bet this happens so much when people lose their jobs, especially now. It did motivate me to rhyme though, as I have a real pug and love to write. I have a pug that I love to hug. I hope she will dig for gold, if ever I told her she had to be sold! :-(

Aw, Robert, now she's an unhappy pug. Loving your limericks on the dog breeds. Cute and so clever. Good writing.
