A Global Warming Warning

These words were inspired by poet FJ Thomas after reading poem of the day “haiku - summer” 25th June 2022 A Global Warming Warning Global warming is traumatic for birds Hot in their feathers and dying of thirst Seems it will gradually become worse Unless mankind learns how to nurse the earth Not only birds, it's all creatures at stake We must all do our best for heaven’s sake. *+*+* 26th June 2022

The icebergs are melting, flooding sea shores with contaminated water, but no one is interested in harvesting the ice before it becomes contaminated and floods sea shores. I wonder why, since ice bergs can nourish and cool our expanding deserts . . . .Enjoyed, Belle!
