A Glimpse of a Faerie
The child told everyone he glimpsed a faerie in the woods
I could feel her before I saw her wings.
She was lithe, light and lovely.
An ambiance of blue surrounded her.
The child’s eyes popped with joy as he spoke of her.
Most did not believe, for they had forgotten their childlike ways.
