A Flawed Fairytale

"Love will find a way through paths where wolves fear to stray." - Lord Byron Life seems a facade love an illusion reality’s flawed just a delusion When heart is broken happy mask gets torn dark pain unspoken prickles like a thorn No happy ending for this fairytale all are pretending in this stormy gale Hope in fore’er cracked yet there’ll come a dawn imperfect odds stacked still Love conquers on 06.17.2021

Wonderful entry for contest. Picture, qoute all bring out your point well. Was frankly thinking on same lines but not decided what to write. It is a choice between Love and life, both an illusion. All the best for contest.
