Long, winding gravel driveway decrepit old Mercury station wagon parked there doors unlocked those big red buttons sticking up no seatbelts either Tiger lilies blooming all-at-once, on either side of the gravel A few years later a cockeyed backboard appeared on a tree supporting an uneven, rickety basketball rim Winters we spent shoveling snow

I remember my parents had a big red Thunderbird(?) I think it was, when I was a kid, it was so big I could lie down in the backseat (of course I was smaller then, too)

Of course, cars were SO much bigger then too. A big sedan had seat-room comparable to today's minivans. Ah, to reminisce. Happy weekend, Michelle. ~ Gershon
