A December Memento

Christmas Day dessert luscious Sherry Cream
Light as an angel's sigh,
Sweet as a Christmas Eve dream,
No Yuletide plum pudding for us, or mince pie,
With each bite our anticipation satisfied.

My aunt Dorothy would make Sherry Cream for Christmas Day dessert each year accompanied by Spritz Cookies.  Not too sweet but light as air.  A perfect dessert after a big meal!
