A Christmas View
If you can view Christmas as a chance to renew,
You will get through,
If you can view Christmas as time not to get in a stew,
You will get through.
If you can view Christmas as a time to be kind,
You will have peace of mind.
If you can view Christmas as a place to find,
You will have peace of mind.
If you can view Christmas through a kaleidoscope,
You will not want to mope.
If you can view Christmas as a time of hope,
You will not want to mope.
If you can view as time for forgiveness,
You will not mind the mess.
If you can view Christmas as a time to learn chess,
You will not mind the mess.
If you can view Christmas through the eyes of a child,
Nothing will get you riled.
If you can view Christmas as something not to be filed,
Nothing will get you riled.
