A Broke Window Blind To Your Wicked Plans

A Broke Window Blind To Your Wicked Plans You made me a throne that will never fit My chest you carve a swirl of diamond sin Yes, in the shadows you point right at it A monstrous dark, skeletal and so thin With mocking laugh you have solid rock hewn. A disfigured beast with bloody paws Beneath the false throne body parts are strewn Obviously torn loose by mighty claws. With that giddy fever you spit your smile Dancing as you think you are so clever Yet out here in the dark a million miles Sits a sad clown pulling broken lever. A broke window blind to your wicked plans. I sit here amongst scattered beach sands. Robert J. Lindley, (dark) Sonnet June 2nd, 1971

Yes,Robert, life has dark places, and friends with evil intent ….they can either swallow or destroy us. But we can spit in the face of fate and move on, There is always someone out to destroy our efforts…as you said ‘ they’re wicked plans. Count on it and there’re are hackers. Panagiota

So true my dear friend, always evil waits on its chance and then pounces. I have seen it many times in my life. Experienced it too. Sad to have to say. And yes, I did right myself and then moved along. God bless..
