A Doubter's Conversation with GOD Q and A part one
Q: GOD, if you are real and if you really do exist? Why don't you come and reveal
yourself to me right now?
A: Where would the heavens, the stars, the sun and the moon, the planets and the
entire universe be if I were not real and did not exist?
Q: What about the "big bang theory?" That the whole universe came from nothing
and just was the result of " a cosmic accident" and/or "a cosmic event?"
A: How could order possibly result from a chain of chaotic cosmic events? When a
man builds his own house, he is called a builder, and he is also referred to as
carpenter. When a man designs a blue print for that man's house he is referred
to as an architect.
A: O you foolish man of limited understanding, seeking to be wise by relying heavily
upon your own unhealthy skepticism! Why can't you believe that both the heavens
and the earth were created by me? And that the universe had a both divine designer
and a divine builder? Because you want to live your own life, without being held
accountable for your own actions to a divine higher authority!"
Q: Why shouldn't I believe that people are nothing more than golden star dust and
"that we got to get ourselves back to the garden?" "Why shouldn't I believe that
I am a child of the universe, no less than the sun, the moon and the stars, and I
have the right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the
universe is unfolding as it should." It was the universe: that created me, sustains
me, answers my prayers and is my divine higher power!
A: Did the universe give you your physical birth? Instead wasn't it when your parents,
came together in physical union, that you were born nine months latter? And have
any of your doctors past and present ever found even the smallest speck of golden
stardust either in your blood stream or in your DNA? It is written,"The fool has said
in his heart that there is not God." You consider yourself to be wise, but you are
only wise in your own eyes. The universe is not your god, you are using it as a
"mere smoke screen." Right there, you sit upon your own throne. And you a mere
man, has enthroned yourself as your very own deity! Only accountable to yourself!"
Q: Why do you keep calling me a fool? I am wise!"
