I reminisce I miss?
In my dreams last night
In my pre dreams at 3
There were old friends
Young and eager for love
Glasses of wine in wine bars
Warm looks and sweet smiles
Adventures in midnight
Dark nights and kisses
Morning coffee and croissants
Promises to meet again
Phone calls from friends
Wondering if we would see
Them if and when
No struggles with bills
No appointments no worries
No searching for painters
And lawn care takers
No mortgage no loans
Just searching and sharing
The finest of wines
Jazz and cafes
I reminisce I miss
