"The soul of Nature, echoes endlessly through the infinite rhythmic tick tock of the seasons." Quote_by Poet Dawn awakes as it was given a brush And a palette of watercolors nurturing nature Undecided as for spring, summer, fall, or winter. A blending of warm lemons into the flawless sun And the harmony of indigo into the boundless heaven. Purple steeples rose and laid gently against the skyline As the prepossessing gentle breeze whispers to a sea Of love struck waving verdant meadow and crimson poppies. A shadowed, gravel path, dusted with earthly leaven, Untraveled turns and bends, but just the imprints of the wild. 2/22/2022 F Form - Free Verse- New - Poetry Contest 1. Hi Eve I really enjoyed this poem as I always tell you, you bring nature to life and I fell in love with your last line because it reminded me so much of un-travelled sand roads in the Kruger National Park (where one can if lucky, see the big five) and therefore can only be traveled by car, but which are so exciting and wildly exotic. Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.

Eve, an exquisite penning within your words begins my day right here. You’ve painted so well from your discerning, perceiving sight; your love of and respect for language; and your obvious Love of Nature. Eve, you often write beautiful poems.(I don’t use that word all the time like others do) & you’ve gifted us beauty here. Thank you. Bless your day. sally

Sally, you made my day.. thank you so much for the inspiring compliment and reading my work. I am very honored. This are good memories of my life with my husband in my younger years when we would go up on the mountain camping and dragging, and my love for art. Blessings
