Sweet Blue Angel

When the nights are dark and long Held on a slim lunar cradle rocking back and forth Sleep would be merciful unto eyes suffering fate As the lids fall under inside emotions gates To finally make a break free Climbing the highest mountain peaks Some dreams of angels carry the soul away Into a world where butter melts into golden visions Be with me when the night is dark and quiet Waltzing silver shadows eloping stars shooting trails A delicious feeling soars on the winds above the earth Breathless fire burning warm spirit intoxicating timeless Flowing into a universe with song softly dancing joy Happiness warmly glows distant horizons This dark night will soon end As the teardrops greet a new day bathing angels in light A Collaborated Poem 15.01.2016 Anne-Lise Andresen and Liam Mc Daid :) (unrhymed quatrain)

the lonely night, to some causes fright but the truth of this plight is it offers inspiring insight to keep us in the fight to elevate our minds to new heights with the art that we write in an effort to shed light with all the heart's might just to confirm what is right....wonderful as always you two....;)
