The day that you walked into my life I never thought you’d ask me to be your wife. A simple message, led onto two With every phone call I fell in love with you We had a blip, yes it’s true And I have to say that left me blue We both fought of demons as we do But there wasn’t a day I didn’t think of you. The day you text to say “I’m sorry” I text you back in a hurry A simple little “how are you” Led to this…..who would have knew? You asked me just the other day How I felt when you first walked my way I must tell you baby, I told a lie And now I’m going to tell you why…. When I first saw you, I’ll never forget How you walked towards me, step by step I knew as soon as we did meet That you were the one who I did dream I knew straight away you were the one And that was before we’d even began I know I don’t say it enough But you are my world and the rest of my life We always have fun but do argue too But that’s a relationship-I’m sorry it’s true!!
