Hmm this is concerning.

When one door opens, the second being closed Facebook profile Social networks There everything can happen 763 friends ... (friends ?) 6,786 likes ... (really ?) 138 talking about it ... (wooow !) Do we know who sees everything we do on Facebook ? Openness or stupidity No ethical rules We must always be updated Even the truth can be a lie The world is constantly changing ... What a brillian poem it is, totally differnent from others,I really like it, well not now but maybe in next 50 to 80 years that time might come when priest might speak the exact line, yeah you re right with your poem that how madly people are obsessed with fb, well not all the new generation likes it, I m 15, I hardly ever open my fb, just so that I can be upto date, reply my messages, check sarcasm( my favourite page) and then again close it

Lol! Can't help laughing. I closed mine for 8months but I had to reopen it for Maria's amazing poem to share it there about global warming. Gosh but you're so right about FB and the networks. However though they do have their values too. And like everything else, it's got its good and bad. Awesome write Anne :)

I never got into Facebook and I think tweeting is best left for the birds. Very enjoyable read and it shows you never truly know who you are opening up to on the otherside of the screen :)

I spend way to much time on facebook and guess I am married to it. I do not watch a lot of TV but the computer is a bad habit. love phyl

After much hesitation I finally agreed for my daughter to set up a FB account for me. Mostly for sharing of photographs and messages, it has some value, otherwise a waste of time. Thanks for opening our eyes Anne-Lise.An important message. It should not run ones life...Maria xx

The worst I ever witnessed was a newborn ignored in the cot while both parents were texting "the good news". I felt so sad for the child.

Ha ha, enjoyed this so much. Face book! phttt. This modern age is driving me crazy. In my business, I have clients who will not talk to you over the phone, only text/email of facebook. The world is becoming socially inept. Regards, Craig

I really like this write...well thought out with political stupidness not in your rearview...sunahine smile giving us a mile high write in the facebook of nothing to find except the stupidness in reminding of profiles frozen in time.

It is ashame what our world is come to with cell phones.. No more time for each other because all are busy seeing what is going on with the other person that is not even in the same room. Nicely done, Sunshine....

I couldn't agree more. I had to get an account to see my daughter's photos and some photos of my friends...the only reason I am ever there is to see photos. My kids are there for the same reasons. They rarely visit, only when photos are involved. We live thousands of miles from each other so it helps. I love your honest poem Anne-Lise. : )

Your poem made me smile. I don't do twofacedbook Anne Lise but I do have an account I used once for a contest but I never acknowledge friends requests or use it at all. I find it so sad that many folks let technology and social media be the most important thing in their life and are rarely off their phones:-( hugs jan xx
