Red glow; dressed in brocade every branch shines It spreads like a blanket on a soft bed In the evening; the red wings of the sunset A white canvas, who gave drink and nourished the poet - paints red A the wind whispers about frailty to all that lives in this world A symbol of one's destiny and life without the need for words or explanations 29/09/2021 Sun :) - A-L Andresen :) Copyright © All Rights Reserved

Something special about the red in fall as it is not common here and when I see the pinks and reds it looks like a painting. Nature is beautiful. love phyl

This is lovely Aileen. The Fall is so full of so many colors. It's a silent message that at what seems death is merely sleep and we will reawaken to a wonderful morn. Great stuff here. God Bless, JB

My Mother's name was Ruby Aileen Yates Horn. Just noticed your name in one of my 2014 poems about Robin Williams. Will never forget him. Just turned 80 years old and am over 8,000 poems.
