A wonderful grandmother She smiled because she had lived Taught me about life and love Her silver hair revealed years she had seen Children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren A long life of sunshine, joy, pain and tears Nothing came easy in her life Grandma's hands bent and swollen by arthritis Bless your breath from this life I can always see you in my memory (Dagny Johanna Gismervik - died 16/12/2002 - 89 years) 21.02.2016 A-L Andresen :)

A beautiful blessed breath of love...great verse...god bless your grandma and you...my grandma was 78 when she passed my grandpa was 95...but I still cried like a baby...with admiration...^WW^

Such a beautiful tribute Anne Lise I never knew either of my grandmothers but mum still talks about 'mummy' who died when mum was only 8:-( hugs Jan xx

I had a 'step step' grandmother as her father re married twice, the second wife also dying... but 'grandma' was not a real grandma and we rarely saw her and I never had a bond with her:-( hugs jan xx
